At Raintree our venue has an extensive list of equipment which we can organize for events of almost any nature. We have lawn table and benches, beanbag chairs, awnings and tents, pallets, drinks carts, electrical support and of course skilled personnel who can bring together and decorate your set up to a professional and beautiful standard. No get together is too small and no event is too big, we have done and can do it all memorials and celebrations, playdates and outings to personal photoshoots.
Picnics
Our grounds are maintained to the highest standard and are open to visitors almost all year round provided we are not booked. The expansive lawns, indigenous trees and idyllic scenery from the game reserve is a perfect space to come with you family or friends for a quaint picnic of your own. Picnic benches and bins are provided. Additional tables, chairs, décor or picnic set up is available upon request and must be
prearranged. We do have designated braai areas but ask that you bring your own braai and equipment.
Festivals
At Raintree we have a maximum capacity of up to 2,000 people on our grounds with the ablutions and parking to cater for such an expansive crowd makes this a unique space to hold larger events such as: Craft Fairs, Product promotions, school outings, Art exhibitions, and much much more.
